Who we are

We are the Bar Itria of the Milioto Brothers, a pastry shop in Favara that since 1988 has focused on one thing: quality, consistently, every day. We are a family-run business, and it's immediately evident: in the way we welcome guests, in the way we work, and above all in our clean, authentic, and distinctive flavor.

Our strength lies in traditional Sicilian pastries, crafted with attention to the finest ingredients and respect for traditional recipes. We don't follow trends; we prefer to create desserts that leave a lasting impression because they're well-crafted, with balance and artisanal care.

Marzipan holds a special place in our work. It's not just an ingredient, it's part of our history, bringing authentic flavor and a supply chain we know intimately, from the earth to the finished product, to the lab.

Among our signature specialties is the Easter Lamb, made with almond and pistachio marzipan: a symbol of celebration and Sicily, prepared with the same care we put into every tray and every package.
